HOW TO SHOP

Products in our online store are divided into several sections. Each section is further categorized into several subcategories, which further split the assortment. You can select all divisions from the left-hand side of the screen. After clicking on your chosen category, a list of all items in that category will be displayed. You can also use the search system. You can search for goods by their name, keywords in the name, etc. Enter the keyword into the rectangle in the "Search" section at the top of the left-hand side of the screen.

Once all filtered items are displayed, you simply choose the one that interests you. Detailed information about each item is displayed when you click on its name or image. When viewing the product list, you can select how the items are displayed: catalogue view (short product description and image) or price list view (only product name and price). You can switch between these views using the "CATALOGUE" or "PRICE LIST" link in the menu.

HOW TO ORDER

Add the items you have selected to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You can always check the status of order in the upper-right corner of the screen, where the total value of your cart is displayed. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "CART" link in the menu. Here, you can modify your purchase or finalize and submit your order at any time.

Once you have added all the items you want to order to your cart, proceed with the purchase by clicking the "CHECKOUT" button in the menu or the "ORDER" button in the cart. If you are a registered customer (if you have shopped with us before and have login credentials), log in via the "Login" section at the top of the left-hand side of the screen before confirming your order. If you are not a registered customer, you can either register or continue shopping without registration. Registering provides some benefits, such as not having to fill in all your personal details again during your next purchase, as these will be automatically loaded, and you will have an overview of the status of your orders.

After successful login or registration, your complete order will be displayed, and you can select the Delivery Method and Payment Method. You can also add a note to your order. Finally, you can submit your order by clicking the "CONFIRM" button. This sends the order for processing. You will receive an automatic order confirmation email with any payment details sent to the email address you provided.

1. Online - directly in the KMITEX online store, select the products you are interested in.

3. By Phone - you can complete your order by calling +420 312 283 921

PAYMENT TERMS

If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description due to a typographical error, pricing error, or incorrect product description provided by a third party, KMITEX s.r.o. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for a product listed at an incorrect price, even after confirmation by a company employee. KMITEX s.r.o. also reserves the right to refuse or cancel such an order if the customer has already sent payment for the product in advance to the company's account. In such cases, KMITEX s.r.o. will immediately refund the amount to the customer's account.

The seller reserves the right to change prices. If the price changes, the seller will always notify the customer by phone. If the new price reported by the seller is higher than the one stated in the order, the customer may accept the new price or decline the delivery. If the new valid price is lower than the one stated in the order, the goods will be delivered to the customer at the price valid at the time of the order.

PAYMENT METHODS:

1. Cash on Receipt - Choose this payment method if you wish to pay for the goods directly in our store upon collection.
2. Proforma Invoice - Select this option for non-cash prepayment.
3. Bank Transfer (for regular customers only) - Choose this payment method if you want to transfer the payment for the goods to our account (payment is made in advance). The goods will then be delivered to you without any additional charges once the funds are credited to our account.

PRIVACY POLICY

The operator of the KMITEX s.r.o. online store guarantees that your personal data will not be provided to any third party in any form. Your data will be secured in compliance with the law and will only be used for communication between the seller and the buyer. Your personal data is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the ordered services (e.g., product delivery) and is also required for essential accounting operations, issuing tax documents, or identifying your payment made via bank transfer.

Electronic Sales Records (EET)

"According to the Act on Sales Records, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, the seller is required to register the received revenue with the tax administrator online; in the event of a technical failure, no later than within 48 hours."
